Webcam Help - Firefox

If you're having trouble viewing our live feed of the River Course and using Firefox, follow the instructions below to install the necessary plugin.

If you are running Internet Explorer click here for help installing the plugin.

1. A bar will appear at the top of the window, with a button on the left, "Install Missing Plugins." Click this button. See the picture below for more detail.

2. A "Plugin Finder Service" box will now pop up, there should only be one option (Windows Media player 11), make sure it is checked and click the "Next" button.

3. The next section will require you to manually install the plugin, click "Manually Install" and you will be rerouted to a website from which you can download the plugin. See the picture below for more detail.

4. When you are directed to the installation website, the plugin should automatically download. Click "Save File" to save the plugin to your computer. See the picture below for more detail.

5. After you save the file, run the installation progam to complete plugin install.  After the plugin is properly installed, you should be able to view the live feed! To view our webcam click here.
